Identity verification (KYC)

Once traders successfully pass their challenges, the verification section in the dashboard will become available, allowing them to proceed with the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Verification can take up 72 hours

Documents Required for KYC Verification:

1. Proof of Identity :

A valid government-issued identification document, such as:

• Passport
• National ID card
• Driver’s license

2. Proof of Address :

A document confirming your residential address, such as:

• Utility bill (electricity, water, internet – not older than 3 months).
• Bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Tax bill (valid for the current year).

3. Liveness Verification

As part of the KYC process, liveness verification is required to ensure that the user is present during verification.
